  What does this mean to you in your own words. Remember that there are no wrong answers... This to me means that I, myself one my own was not able to get through my addiction on my own; also meaning to me in a different sense in all aspects of my life. When we are stressed out and feel like there is no where to turn, drop down on then knees and pray to your Higher Power. Your Higher Power is what ever you see fit for it to be.
